Every space is unique, and your project should be priced in a way that reflects its size and needs — not the speed of the clock. I use a flat project rate based on the scope of the space so you can feel confident knowing the price upfront. All materials are billed separately and approved by you before purchase.

Free Consultation & Customized Plan
I offer a free in‑home consultation to assess the space, discuss your goals, and create a customized organization plan. During this visit, we’ll determine what storage solutions, shelving, or containers may be needed. Once you approve the plan and materials, your project is scheduled and the transformation begins.

How Your Space Is Transformed
My process is designed to create a clean, functional, and easy‑to‑maintain system:
1) Clear the space completely
2) Install any custom shelving or storage additions (if requested)
3) Sort and organize all items
4) Place items into containers or onto shelving
5) Label containers for easy access and long‑term maintenance

This method ensures every item has a purpose and a place.

Materials & Storage Items
Any containers, shelving, or storage products used for your project are purchased specifically for your space. These items are paid for by the client at the end of the project, and a detailed invoice is always provided for transparency.

Custom Carpentry & Storage Solutions
If your project requires custom shelving or built‑in storage, Ken — who has over 20 years of handyman experience — can design and build it with you. His standard rate is $40/hour, but through Clean and Organized by Kami LLC, he offers his services at a discounted rate of $30/hour. All materials for custom builds are billed to the client with a detailed invoice.

Payment

Full payment for services is due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal.

Discounts

A 10% discount is available for seniors and military on all services (materials not included).
