Cleaning & Organizing Services:

$30.00 per hour*

Cleaning Services Included:

All rooms involved will have the walls, doors, door jams, and baseboards wiped down, any light fixtures and fans dusted, windows cleaned, and floors vacuumed/swept/mopped.

Bedrooms include changing bed linen as necessary, dusting all furniture and tidying up.

Bathrooms include cleaning the toilet, shower/tub, shower doors/track if applicable, and sink/cabinets.

Living rooms include tidying up and wiping down all furniture.

Kitchens include cleaning the sink, any appliances present, and wiping down countertops and cabinets.

Organization Services Included:

In order to organize a space, first we will come up with a plan tailored to the clients' specific needs. Creating an organization plan is free of charge. Once we come up with a plan on how a room or space will be organized and obtain any necessary supplies (such as containers, boxes, shelving, etc.), then the actual work would start and be charged hourly. Any supplies needed for organization will need to be provided or purchased by the client.

If custom storage spaces or shelving is requested, Ken can create a plan with you. He has 20+ years of handyman experience and normally charges $40 per hour, but through my business he will do work for $30 per hour. All materials will need to be paid for by the client.
